Interloc-Kings Inc. was acquired in recent years with much success and projected growth along with the development of joint venture GRO3 Antimicrobial Systems targeting the medical marijuana industry. Amfil is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a third business, Snakes & Lagers Inc., an already profitable chain of board game bars/cafes to the Amfil group of businesses.
